MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR GNAD YOUTH

The Youth Wing of the Ghana National Association of the Deaf (GNAD) has held a two- day Orientation Workshop to equip its Executives with Good Management Practices.

The objective of the program was to inculcate knowledge and skills that will enhance the effective administration of the regional branches of the Youth Wing. The training, which took place on 20th-21st  July, 2009, gave the participants an insight into Good Leadership Skills like good office practices, conflict resolution, time management and decision making process.

Ten (10) participants comprising of a section of regional executives of the Wing took part in the program. Mr. Benjamin Bekoe, the President of the Wing urged the members to work hard to better the lots of the the Association.
